project life week 9...

Hi again :) I'm back with another share from my project life album, using the gorgeous new Shimelle Starshine collection from Sassy Scrappers.

As always, I have shared extra pics, as well as links to all the products I have used in my original post on the Sassy blog.

I absolutely LOVE adding embellishments to my projects, so as you can imagine I was very happy to see that this collection includes a fabulous mix of stickers, chipboard, acetate and die-cut pieces! I was also very excited to try out the new Minc reactive mist  and really loved the results.

A new month means a new challenge, and this month's Kraft+ challenge is full of chaos, colour and fun :)

Criteria: Kraft + image inspiration + your creativity and imagination!

This challenge definitely took me out of my comfort zone but every time I looked at the image, the round elements stood out to me so I knew I wanted to incorporate something similar on my page.

Of course I didn't really know how I would achieve this until I found the perfect patterned paper in my stash (from an old Pink Pasilee range) everything seemed to fall into place.

I tried to use similar colours from the inspiration pic as well as some inked detail in the background and the car in the image inspired me to document the proud moment my eldest son bought his first car.

Upload your layouts by the end of the month for a chance towin one of this month's prizes, and be sure to check out the fantastic samples from the rest of the team over on the Kraft+ blog

Hi again :) I have completed February and am sharing my pages over on the Sassy Scrapper's blog today.

I have once again used the gorgeous kit from Simple Stories 'Heart' collection as the base for these pages, adding a few extra goodies from the Sassy store throughout the pages. You can find close up pics along with the links to all the products used over on my full blog post.

Thanks for stopping by xx
